Who We Are
We are a family operated sugar shack located in south central Pennsylvania. We are first generation sugar makers who love spending time with friends and family in the sugar shack. Look for the rising steam and pay us a visit!
Where We Sugar
From humble beginnings with an open fire and an iron kettle, our operation has since grown to accommodate our love of sugaring. We produce our syrup using a continuous flow pan heated with a wood-fired arch - all of which is tucked inside a cozy hemlock-framed sugar house.
Why We Sugar
Seeing the transition from maple sap to maple syrup is truly rewarding. Getting to share that experience with others is what makes this labor of love a meaningful endeavor.
